When we were looking to install a custom quarter circle patio cover/arbor in our yard, Chris French came recommended by the team that repaired our backyard fence. Chris was prompt and helpful in returning my phone calls, and came out one evening to spend over an hour walking our yard and describing the materials and scope of the project. He quoted a very reasonable price when compared with other quotes I had received. He worked with our painter to have the wood for the arbor stained prior to installation. There was a delay in obtaining a custom part, which I don’t think was Chris’ fault, and he kept me informed of progress in preparing for our job. His team did a great job with installation and the arbor is gorgeous. We are very happy with French’s Custom Outdoor Concepts.
