Chris came into the project when we couldn’t get it off the ground with our current contractor and just blew it up putting everything into motion. He had materials being delivered and framers on site immediately. We had been struggling for a year. Once it started going up his crew was here everyday, making progress and bringing our dreams to life! He tolerated my pickiness and accommodated my wishes. His materials were high quality and the workmanship is something we are still looking at and admiring. This patio is now our haven, our piece of mind. It is a dream realized. I went with another contractor because they presented an option with more square footage. Chris didn’t like that one bit. So he asked me if he could come out and see what the other team was offering. He said he could give me the same job and more. I told him I was comfortable with the other company and he said “Give me an opportunity to wow you.” And he most certainly did. It took some time due to material hiccups and employees getting sick from the high heat, but we got it done before my mother’s retirement party. My guest were more engrossed with my deck than they were with my Mom on her retirement. Chris and his team did an exceptional job. I’m so happy with my deck that I’m taking my time to find the right furniture to suit it. He did just a great job that I am thinking of adding a pool to compliment it more. Before I knew about French's, I had hired a different company earlier in the year to build a composite deck and long story short, they didn't do a great job and also didn't finish the job. After searching for someone to take on the task of finishing/fixing the previous contractors mess and also willing to do what I needed, I found Chris French. He was able to fix and finish my composite deck way beyond what I was even hoping for. They took their time problem solving and figuring out the best solution for each situation to make sure the job got done the right way this time.
